This notice explains what personal information ZeroAgent collects through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
In short: this website has no forms, cookies or tracking. If you email us, we use what you send only to reply and to talk about working together, and we delete it within two years of our last contact. You can ask to see, correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, at any time. The full notice is below.
Who we are
ZeroAgent Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 17502784. Our registered office is 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ.
We decide how the information described here is used, which makes us its “controller” under UK data protection law. To contact us about your information, email accounts@zeroagentai.co.uk.
This notice covers this website and emails you send us about it. It does not cover our product, which will have its own notice.
What we collect
When you visit this website: the website has no forms, sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking. The company that hosts it may record basic technical details, such as your IP address, your browser and the pages requested, to keep the website running and secure.
When you email us: your name and email address, and anything else you choose to include, such as your job title, your agency’s name and what you write to us.
Why we use it
To reply to you and to talk about whether working together makes sense. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries about our business. If we go on to agree a design partnership, we will tell you how any further information is used at that point.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information or use it for advertising. We share it only with:
- the companies that provide our email and host this website, who handle it on our behalf and only as we instruct
- our professional advisers, where we need their advice
- anyone we are required to share it with by law
Some of these providers may hold information outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on the protections UK law requires for that, such as the UK’s adequacy decisions or approved contract terms.
How long we keep it
We keep emails while we are in conversation with you and for up to two years after our last contact, then delete them. If we agree a design partnership, the information becomes part of that relationship and the terms we agree then will say how long it is kept.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what information we hold about you and give you a copy
- correct anything that is wrong
- delete it
- limit how we use it
- give it to you, or to someone else, in a format a computer can read
Your right to object. Because we rely on our legitimate interest, you can object at any time to our using your information. If you do, we will stop, unless we have compelling reasons to carry on that outweigh your interests, or we need it for a legal claim.

Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK’s data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
